Cancellation of a Booked Appointment

If you wish to cancel a booked appointment for a service, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Notification may be made by email or phone.

Refunds

Refund Procedure

To request a refund, please send a request by email to projectskubera@gmail.com, stating your name, the date of the booked appointment and the reason for cancellation. Requests are processed within 14 business days.

Limitation of Liability

The services of Kubera Projects EOOD are provided "as is". The company makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality of its services but does not guarantee specific results.

Exclusions from Liability

Kubera Projects EOOD shall not be liable for:

• Direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the services
• Decisions made by the client based on the information or services provided
• Interruptions, technical issues or errors on the website

The services offered:

• Are not medical diagnostics
• Do not replace examination by a physician or other medical professional
• Do not include the prescription of medication
• Should not be construed as a medical service

They should not be interpreted as a health service within the meaning of Directive 2011/24/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2011 on the application of patients' rights in cross-border healthcare.

Through our website, you can purchase the following products and services:

• Hand-painted yantras — a physical product, custom-made to order. Production time: 7–14 days.
• Herbal tinctures — a physical product, 100 ml. Delivery by courier or in-person pick-up.
• Recorded Kundalini Yoga practices — digital content. After payment, you receive a link to access the video recording.
• Astrological consultations — an online service. Conducted via video call.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these terms and conditions.

Prices and Payment

All prices on the site are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. Payment is made by bank transfer or other agreed method. The order is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Physical Products (Yantras, Tinctures)

• Delivery within Bulgaria: by courier or in-person hand-over in Burgas. Timeframe: 3–7 business days after production (for yantras) or 3–5 business days (for tinctures).
• International delivery: by courier. The timeframe depends on the destination country (typically 7–14 business days).
• Delivery costs are borne by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Digital Products (Recorded Practices)

• After payment confirmation, you will receive an access link to the video recording by email within 24 hours.
• The link is for personal use only and may not be shared with third parties.

Online Services (Astrological Consultations)

• After payment confirmation, a date and time for the video consultation will be arranged.
• The written report will be sent by email within 48 hours after the session.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act and EU Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the physical product, without giving a reason.

Conditions for Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

• Physical products: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
• Custom yantras: Since yantras are made to individual order, the right of withdrawal does not apply pursuant to Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU (goods made to the consumer's individual specifications).
• Digital content: For access to digital content (recorded practices), the right of withdrawal is forfeited from the moment access is provided, provided the consumer has given explicit consent.
• Services: The right of withdrawal from a service (consultation) is forfeited if the service has been fully performed with the consumer's explicit consent.

Withdrawal Procedure

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a request to projectskubera@gmail.com with your order number and reason (optional). Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product.

If you receive a product with a defect or non-conformity, you have the right to file a complaint within 14 days of receipt.

How to File a Complaint

• Send an email to projectskubera@gmail.com with a description of the issue and photographs (if applicable).
• Include your order number and date of receipt.
• We will review the complaint within 14 business days and offer a replacement, repair or refund.

These policies and terms of use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria.

All disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the website and services of Kubera Projects EOOD shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Republic of Bulgaria.
